Day 17. Malojloj Water Fall, Inarajan Natural Pool, Ft. Soledad, Bear Rock, Jeff’s Pirate Cove, & Statue of Liberty.

This morning, instead of going to the gym, I went to Malojloj Water Fall. It was extremely hot today.

We had to do a short hike (approximately 5-10 minutes) in order to get to the water fall. It was a easy hike, but the tall grass was a bit annoying. It kept on getting in my face 😦

There were a lot of bamboos, and the photo below is the Malojloj water fall.

After chilling at the water fall, we went to the Inarajan natural pool.

Then we went to Fort Soledad to see the carabao (Sorry, I don’t have a picture of it). The view of the ocean from Fort Soledad was amazing. Just look at the color of the water. Isn’t it beautiful?

On our way back, we passed by the bear rock. Can you see it?

We also made a stop at Jeff’s Pirate Cove and looked around the museum.

Lastly, we went to Paseo Park to see the Statue of Liberty.

When I got home, I was so exhausted and hungry. I ate everything I saw in the kitchen haha.

Day 9. Dededo flea market, South, & Shaved ice.

Today, I visited the Dededo flea market at 6am.

It was fun walking around and observing what the vendors were selling. My mom and I came back home with a lot of street food! We bought banana lumpia, chicken & pork bbq, fried lumpia, shrimp patties, and carioka (Is that right? I forgot what it was called). Anyways, they were delicious!!

Later that day, I told my mom that I wanted some coconut.. and guess what? She got me 16 of them! Yes, 16 coconuts. Haha she is adorable.

I cut one open and drank it on my way to the south side of Guam.

We stopped by the Inarajan natural pool to take a break. The weather was lovely 🙂

I finished the day off with a “shaved ice surprise” from Mt. Lam Lam Sno n Ice Cream. I got pina colada, watermelon, and pineapple flavor. Yum! It was just perfect for the hot weather 🙂
